For those of you interested in animal welfare, this meeting is for you. She will explain how "foster rescue" organizations function and how they raise funds for their work. Jen resides in Enola, PA and has worked with 2nd Chance for 6 years. She handles screening potential adopters and arranges the placement. She also helps in event organization, rescue transport and fund-raising. Jen personally fosters numerous furry friends.
