The CNE Nonprofit Survey helps us understand where local nonprofits are thriving, and what the challenges are. Here are a few early highlights:
  • Respondents noted at least some improvement in 79% of the abilities/areas represented.
  • Staffing and financial resources continue to be areas where nonprofits see room for improvement.
  • Double the number from last year saw executive leaders' ability to balance work/life responsibilities as an area of strength; for others this remained an area which could be improved.

As we continue to analyze the results, we will use your input to help build CNE's 2019 activities. Explore this e-news for resources on inclusion, board development, networking and more. As always, we love to hear what would make a difference for your nonprofit, and how we can help.

Warmly,
