QuickNews TV: Roald Dahl Day
The  Nixa High School  library is not just a place where students have to be quiet and read and study. Students are getting to unwind at events like Roald Dahl Day where they bring in their lunch, watch a movie written by Roald Dahl, and play an interactive Bingo game that goes along with the film.

Athlete of the Week: Sean Sample
After two long years,  Nixa Football  regained possession of the  Headliner News  Backyard Brawl trophy and brought it back home to Nixa as they defeated Ozark 42-14. One Eagle rushed the ball 10 times for 163 yards and four touchdowns. On top of that, he also added a key interception. Can you guess who the Eagle is? Sean Sample. Because of his performance, Sean Sample has been awarded our Athlete of the Week for the second consecutive year. Thank you to Arvest Bank for sponsoring our Athlete of the Week!
