Victims of Hurricane Sandy have just been given a major opportunity with the governor's new announcement. A recent change in the Reconstruction, Rehabilitation, Elevation, & Mitigation (RREM) Program, as well as to the Low-to-Moderate Income (LMI) Homeowner Rebuilding Program, will be underway. Now, people will be able to finish construction on their homes and take a major step toward rebuilding their lives.
