As we enter the holiday season I want to take time to show appreciation for our APAC clients, resource partners and staff. The Arkansas Procurement Assistance Center has been very busy over the last year. We have hosted or participated in 83 small business events and trainings over the last 12 months. As a result, our small business clients received more than $143 million in government contracts during this time.

Elite Trucking, LLC, owned by Bridgett Perkins, was started in 2015 in Bryant. Perkins learned of the assistance offered by APAC via a networking event. After being a client for just six months, Elite was awarded their first government contract with the Little Rock Air Force Base. How has being an APAC client helped Perkins? "APAC puts you in front of the right people and provides invaluable one on one assistance," she said.
