"MEDITATION AND THE NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCE: THE UNIVERSAL CONNECTION
With Dr Alan Post.
Wed, Oct. 17 at 6:30 pm

Many of us seek better understanding and fuller experiences in our lives; to have more satisfaction, enjoyment, and inner peace. You have heard that meditation can be helpful for our physical, mental, and emotional health; but what is its connection to our spiritual health? What is the mystical aspect of meditation and how does it relate to those that have had a "Near-Death Experience"(NDE)?
Join, Dr. Alan Post, long time meditator and contributing author to "Meditation as Medication for the Soul" by Rajinder Singh for this engaging talk that provides an introduction into the multi-faceted world of Meditation and the NDE's and their unique "Universal Connection". There will be a short meditation exercise at the close.   Pre-registration appreciated.
