Thursday, November 1 at 3:30 p.m. Afterschool Buddies! Younger kids will be paired up with older TAB kids to have an awesome afternoon doing crafts and playing games. Please Register. Not a drop off for kids under 10, parents must stay in the building but do not need to be a part of the program.
 
Wednesday, November 7 from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. Half-Day Special. Games, crafts, and fun! Please send your child with a bagged lunch or snack (no peanut products allowed). Drop off for kids in K-5 only available with pre-registration. Please register. The Junior Room will be closed for the duration of this program. **We cannot regulate what food is brought into the library. If your child has a specific food allergy please contact the Junior Room staff. Thank you!**

Hugh Hill, licensed insurance agent and Kent resident, will be available to review your current Medicare Supplement Plan and/or Medicare Advantage Plan. Participants should bring their current insurance cards, list of current physicians, and list of current medications. Co-hosted by Kent Social Services. No appointment necessary.

Sunday, January 27 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Safe Sitter Babysitting Training! Grades 6th and up ONLY! Saturday, December 1 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Coyotes in Connecticut at the Kent Town Hall, 41 Kent Green Boulevard. The presentation by Paul Colburn focuses on the history of coyotes in Connecticut, an overview of coyote habitat, diet, behavior, and reproduction. It also provides practical recommendations for optimum coexistence with our coyote population. The presentation is suitable for ages 12 and up. There will be a suggested donation at the door of $5.00. Please register.
