Celebrating October in Sonoma County ...
Harvest is a busy time of year in Sonoma County, in many, many ways. The summer visitors are gone, but folks on fall getaways are taking their place, attracted by the magic of crush and the region's vivid autumn colors.

The vineyards are picking the last of the grapes and the wineries are swinging into high gear. Warm-weather farmers markets are wrapping up their 2018 season, and pumpkin patches, corn mazes, and haunted houses are coming to life.  Plus, many communities, wineries, and breweries are hosting Fall, Oktoberfest, or Harvest festivals.

Our  calendar of events remains full with a diverse collection of more than 500 events listed for the next two months, including the Petaluma Fall Antique Fair (Sept. 30), the Sonoma County Harvest Festival (Oct. 5-7), the Sonoma County Art Trails open studio tour (Oct. 13, 14, 20, 21), the Tolay Fall Festival (Oct. 13, 14, 20, 21), and Weekend Along the Farm Trails (Oct. 13 and 14), to name just a few.

Some of the  highlights are listed below, and y ou can view our complete calendar at  sonomacounty.com/events And d on't forget to check our listings of all the wonderful things to do in Sonoma County at sonomacounty.com/things-to-do .
We hope October brings you a rich crop of joy and laughter, and we thank you for all you do to help visitors to Sonoma County discover what this incredible place has to offer.
