Simple Steps to Improving Business Cash Flow

Cash comes in, cash goes out.  Seems simple, right?  The reality is that many small business owners do not have a cash flow plan and are not aware of all the cash flow strategies to help their business thrive.

Insufficient cash reserves?  Unable to pay all bills on time? Unable to grow the business?  All are symptoms of poor cash flow.

In this SCORE workshop, you'll learn the best ways to manage and improve cash flow so you and your business are well positioned to take the next step.  We'll cover the basics of cash flow and then dive deeper into:

  • Methods to improve cash flow
  • Key requirements of cash flow
  • Forecasting and planning cash flow
  • Managing an even cash flow

Cost:  $29.95
