The 54th UCI Commencement Ceremonies are coming soon!

For schedules and information,
visit the
Commencement website.

Grad check-in
Graduates participating in the Arts, Education, and Physical Sciences ceremony on Monday, June 17 will need to check in behind the Bren Events Center near the tennis courts.

All other graduating students will go to the courtyard of Crawford Hall
to check in. Graduates must check in 75 minutes before their ceremony using their campus I.D. card or other legal form of photo identification. Graduates should limit personal belongings. All bags will be searched.

Guests are not allowed into the graduate check-in location.
Download the Commencement app!

New this year, UCI has its own Commencement app! With information and schedules, it's available on both the App Store for iPhone and iPad and Google Play by searching "UCI Commencement" or by using the QR code below at right.

Or use the QR code and your phone's camera
Open your camera app and point it steady for 2-3 seconds at the QR code. You don't need to hit the shutter button; it should read the code automatically. If scanning is enabled, a notification will appear. If nothing happens, you may have to go to your settings and enable QR Code scanning.
Security check
Please be advised that all bags are subject to search at the entry doors prior to entering the Bren Events Center. Backpacks, large tote bags, large camera bags and large purses are discouraged. Please review the list of items allowed/not allowed in the Bren.

Parking
For guests attending Commencement, parking on the UCI campus is complimentary and no permits are required. Please avoid parking in disabled, service or X stalls without the proper permit.

Traffic congestion is expected. Guests should plan to arrive at least 90 minutes before ceremony start time.

Upon entering the campus, dedicated traffic directors and event attendants will guide you to the best available parking, all within a 10-minute walk to the Bren Events Center.

The Commencement Travel Guide to campus parking and mobility may be helpful in planning for your arrival the day of the ceremony.

Guest tickets
Guest tickets are required for all undergraduate and master's school ceremonies at the Bren Events Center.

Be sure to get printed guest tickets from your graduate prior to the ceremony and bring them with you to Commencement.

Senior Class Gift
In a show of compassion for fellow students, the class of 2019 has voted to direct their Senior Class Gift to the FRESH Basic Needs Hub.
