HIGHLIGHTS

Seek the City (StC) Volunteer Opportunities
Seek the City is a churchwide mission and requires volunteers from the congregation to make everything run smoothly and for our youth to be able to minister to people on their worksites. Our StC initiative (June 16-22) is a week of ministry fueled by the energy and commitment of our teens and youth leaders. We still need many volunteers from the congregation for it to run smoothly and for our youth to be able to minister to people on their worksites. Would you sign up in one or more area where there is a need? Click on what interests you below.
For more information, go to christcovenant.org/seek-the-city.

Special Needs Vacation Bible School
All children and young adults with different abilities (special needs), ages 6 and up, are invited to participate in our afternoon Vacation Bible School (VBS) at Christ Covenant Church. VBS will be held June 17-21 from 1:30-4:30pm in the worship center. For additional details and to register, please visit christcovenant.org/seek-the-city.

Come See What's New at the Book Nook
Summer is a wonderful time to pick up a new book! This summer we will be featuring various authors and books in the Book Nook!

The Book Nook is a self-serve bookstore where you can purchase books with cash or a check. The Book Nook is located in the main lobby of the worship center. You can find a wide range of books on the Christian walk, evangelism, parenting, missionary autobiographies, children's books, young reader books, ESV Bibles and more. There is also a variety of authors like Nancy Guthrie, Timothy Keller, J.I. Packer, Edward Welch

There is a new Men's Group forming in midtown on Wednesdays at 6:30 am. If you work uptown or nearby, this may be the group for you. Men's Groups are discipleship groups for men and are designed to help create a gospel community in which the message of the gospel transforms our lives in such a way that participants become mature disciples who are able to make disciples. Please contact Jon Paul to sign up for the new Wednesday group. If you are interested in another location, please contact Jenny Blackmon, ministry administrator.

Is There a Graduate in Your Family?
This is the last call for graduate information! We want to publish the names, schools and plans for the immediate future (i.e., college, military, career, post-grad) of our high school, college, and post-grad members of the Class of 2019 so our church family can celebrate these milestones, too. Please send your graduate's information to [email protected]. We will celebrate our graduates during morning worship on Sunday, June 9. Their names and information will appear in the e-courier on Friday, June 14.

Employment Opportunities
Christ Covenant Church regularly seeks to employ individuals who want to engage their gifts to help make disciples who worship God, grow in community, love others, and serve the world. Check christcovenant.org/aboutus/employment for current positions and to apply. Current opportunities include: Director of Communications and Childcare Worker (PT - as needed).

 Missions and Outreach

RTS Students Need Housing
Reformed Theological Seminary's student body is growing! We are currently searching for housing options for new students as they move to Charlotte. If you have an above-garage apartment, a spare room, or a rental property, would you prayerfully consider renting to a seminary student? Helping house our students is a wonderful way to partner with RTS as we train our students for ministry. For more information, please contact Katy McIlvaine in the RTS admissions office: [email protected] or 704-688-4220.
