8th grade students will travel to Fayetteville High School Fri., Jan. 17 for Bulldog Bash. This is in preparation for their transition to 9th grade and the upcoming CAP (Career and Action Planning) process.
Please make sure students arrive at school on time so that they do not miss the bus for the field trip. They should report directly to their advisory class.
Want to have a P.A.L.? FPS PALS is a parent organization that supports and advocates, with Fayetteville Public Schools, for our children served by special education services. In honor of School Board Recognition Month, we would like to thank all of the Fayetteville Board of Education members for their service and support!
UAMS Northwest and North AR Regional Medical Center offer the CHAMPS (Community Health Applied in Medical Public Service) summer program to students entering 8th-10th grades who are interested in the medical field. The program gives students an opportunity to experience various aspects of health care careers. The program is free, and applications are due May 15. There will be no school Mon., Jan. 20 for observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
