PTSA Update

Connect With Us
Lake Nona Middle School

This week the campus is closed for the Thanksgiving break. If you have a student at LNMS, please remember that we did release student progress reports for the second nine-week marking period on Friday. We hope all of our parents will take few minutes to review their child's progress before classes resume on Monday, November 26th.

I would like to thank all of our Teach-In guests (several are pictured below) that turned out last Wednesday to speak with our Knights. The students truly enjoyed each and every presentation, so please know how much your time was valued.

Here just a few days away from Thanksgiving, I want to say thank you again to the community for the opportunity to work with your amazing children. Of course, I cannot say thank you strongly enough to such a fiercely dedicated group of educators and support personnel. Every day that I am on the Lake Nona Middle School campus I watch these incredible people give it their best for the students and more grateful I could not be for their tireless efforts.

On behalf of the LNMS administration and the Jackson family, have a restful, grateful and blessed Thanksgiving!

In Knights Honor,

Stephanie R. Jackson, M. Ed.
Principal, Lake Nona Middle School

Knight Sports
Our Knights will continue play after the Thanksgiving break . . .

Boys volleyball wins the Division Championship for the second consecutive year, ending their regular season with an undefeated record of 7-0! They sealed the deal after defeating South Creek and Freedom Middle School this past week. Jariel Giraud continues to be a stand out athlete with his outstanding play and leadership skills on and off the court. Congratulations to Coach Stoeckigt on receiving her first banner in the Kingdom, her first year as a Knight!

Our Lady Knights Volleyball team also did a phenomenal job; finishing the regular season with only one loss and placing second in the Division. Attached is the playoff bracket - keep a close eye on these two teams as they have an opportunity to win it all!
