Volume 9, Issue #23 - June 6, 2019

In the name of Christ, we embrace all people to be nourished and empowered by the Holy Spirit to love and serve the world.
Monday-Friday, June 17-21

Deacon Rebecca Saager will again serve as Director.
Please contact her to offer your support:
Please help us provide a copy of this sweet book – What Pet Should I Get? by Dr. Seuss – to all the campers who attend Frankfort Reading Camp! The camp helps struggling elementary school readers for free. Any amount you can give will help make this happen. Make your check payable to Church of the Ascension and put “Dr. Seuss” in the memo. Books will be purchased next week, so funds are needed quickly. (Total cost is expected to be about $500. Any amount collected over that total will go directly to Frankfort Reading Camp - other expenses will include t-shirts, photographs, and food.) If you have any questions, contact Deacon Rebecca. Thank you!

PARKING UPDATE: NEW SIGNS!

You may have already noticed that there are new “No Parking” signs in Ascension’s parking lots. Please click here to read the full update about how we are trying to improve service to the congregation and to those businesses and individuals who rent parking spaces from the church.

Please note that signs are posted with towing company contact info. Any inquiry about a towed vehicle should be directed to the towing company, not to the church office.
