Pick up from Aftercare

We apologize for the issues we have had with pick up from Aftercare and walkers. Please log in to the PikMyKid app and edit your students' pick up to either Aftercare or Walker. The icon for Aftercare is a schoolhouse, and a walking person for Walkers. Please follow these steps if you need to change your primary pick up from carline.
1. Log in
2. Click on pencil in to right to edit 
3. Click on "EDIT" next to the students name
4. Change Default Pickup Mode to After School/ walker
5. Choose Aftercare or Walker.
 
If you are only changing it for the day, click on the calendar and choose the date and assign it.
When you arrive to pick up your student, please make sure when you announce your arrival, the icon next to your student is the correct icon.
If you have any questions, please call the school office.

September lunch calendar is now open. All lunch orders must be pre-ordered 2 weeks in advance.




The CYS Board voted to postpone the opening of sports until 10/5/20 with games beginning the first week of November.
 
This decision was made to allow schools to focus on academics given the current pandemic without worrying how sports will affect them.
Please send the attached letter out via your school email system to capture student-athletes who may not have been part of CYS in past seasons.

School Administered Medications
We ask that families bring any prescriptions or over the counter medications students need to take during school hours to the front office. All medication must be in their original container and must be accompanied by the attached permission form.
