Presbyterian Women's Service Project Promotes Hurricane Recovery Efforts in Puerto Rico
In 2017, Hurricane Maria battered Puerto Rico. Immediately after the storm, Presbyterian Women (PW) in the Synod of Puerto Rico quickly mobilized to serve their communities and churches. Now they are part of the transition to long term recovery.

PW, Inc. is supporting these efforts by making disaster recovery in Puerto Rico the focus of their Together in Service project through 2021. They invite you to join. Your financial gifts will fund clean water, community centers, and home reconstruction.

You also can support children and families in Puerto Rico through a personalized pillowcase project. Congregations can make pillowcases or donate supplies for making and decorating pillowcases. PW will send personalized pillowcases to the PW of the Synod of Puerto Rico in August 2019.
