Annual Housing Needs Report Press Conference - May 27

The San Diego Housing Federation (SDHF) releases annual Housing Needs Report from California Housing Partnership. The annual report highlights that 132,298 low-income renter households in San Diego County do not have access to an affordable home.

Housing advocates will gather to share findings from the report, discuss the impact of the sale of the Prebys portfolio, and call for action on proposed policy solutions to help acquire, stabilize, and preserve housing as permanently affordable.

Open Public Comment Period on CoC Community Standards - Last Chance!
The RTFH is seeking public input on proposed updates to the current CoC Community Standards.
HUD requires each CoC across the country to have written standards for CoC and ESG funded projects that govern the provision of homeless assistance.
The public comment period is open from Monday April 26th through
Wednesday May 26th at 5pm.
