Call for applications

Don’t miss out on this great opportunity to get involved in the leadership of our wonderful Region!

In compliance with the Regional Handbook Election and Appointment Procedure, we are now accepting applications for the following positions on the Region 16 Regional Management Team (RMT) for terms beginning May 1, 2020.

These positions are available due to the completion of their one-year term following our May 2019 transition back to RMT from the Regional Executive Committee form of governance.

Two-year term (May 1, 2020 to April 30, 2022)

Communications Coordinator

Membership Coordinator (Vote by Region 16 membership)

Team Coordinator

These positions are open to all Region 16 members in good standing . If there are members of your chapter who possess the desire, qualifications, experience in chapter administrative positions or training in a field that would be of value to the RMT, we invite them to submit an application.

Process

Complete Application for Regional Position (can also be found on the Region 16 website by clicking onto "Forms" under the Resources tab on the Home Page).

Please submit applications to Sue Heighway, Regional Nominating Committee Chair, NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 15, 2019.

The Nominating Committee will then reach out to your references and have them complete the Confidential Potential Nominee Appraisal form.

The RMT, in conjunction with the Regional Nominating Committee, will review applications and appraisals to make the necessary appointments for a two-year term beginning May 1, 2020 and ending April 30, 2022.

The appointments will be finalized at the January 2020 RMT meeting.
