Technology and Digital Information Literacy

The Front Desk Help Desk Technology & Digital/Information Literacy module will introduce students to basic computer hardware and software including types of operating systems. It will also introduce students the basics of living and working in online environments with special emphasis on security, computer, ethics, and social media.
