Shop Small Business Saturday in Shakopee

Small Business Saturday ® is a day dedicated to supporting small businesses. Celebrated every year on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, Small Business Saturday is a great time to recognize the contributions our local small businesses make to our community and to thank them for choosing to do business in Shakopee

Anyone can support Small Business Saturday simply by shopping small on November 24. Get up, get out and shop or dine at a local Shakopee business, invite friends to shop with you, or share on your social networks that you #ShopLocalShakopee and #ShopSmall.

So mark your calendar for November 24th - the Saturday after Thanksgiving - and get ready to Shop Small® in Shakopee!

9:00 - 10:30 am
443 Lafayette Road N.
St. Paul, MN 55155

In order to establish and leverage a competitive advantage, organizations can  manage their greatest asset - their employees. Employers can do this with a holistic diversity & inclusion approach. Enhancing inclusion practices in your organization is a key component to helping your business grow, succeed, attract and retain top talent in Minnesota.

Join the PIPELINE Program on December 6th to learn from  Cecilia Stanton Adams with her interactive presentation about making  "Big Change with Small Acts of Inclusion." Learn how to introduce the concept of small acts of inclusion; behaviors that have the potential to gradually transform the culture into one that recognizes and affirms the diversity of others. This learning experience is exceptionally hands-on, interactive, and focused on real-world organizational scenarios.

The Learning Objectives Include:
  • Understand how diversity dimensions shape workplace identity
  • Learn practical tips for inclusion across cultures
