UC President Janet Napolitano spoke to the Los Angeles Latino Chamber of Commerce as part of the "Distinguished Speakers Series." Her speech, was followed by a meeting focused to increase UC business opportunities for Latino-owned companies and academic opportunities for young Latinos.
