Is it too early to say warm days are here and the snow is finally behind us in Colorado? I want to take this opportunity to, once again, thank you for all your hard work on the Community and Health Neighborhood Engagement (CHNE) Midpoint Reports. More information about Midpoint Reports and next steps can be found in this newsletter. Additionally, the next Colorado Healthcare Affordability and Sustainability Enterprise (CHASE) Board meeting will take place on Tuesday, June 25 at 3 p.m. at the HCPF offices at 303 E. 17th Ave in Conference Room 11ABC. The Hospital Transformation Program (HTP) will be an agenda item and meeting details can be found below.

Best,
Matt Haynes
Special Finance Projects Manager

Kudos!
To all Colorado hospitals! We received thoughtfully compiled CHNE Midpoint Reports from all program participants reflecting the great community engagement that has occurred and continues to occur. Keep up the great work!
Measures
We continue to refine the specifications for the HTP measures with our clinical teams and stakeholders. Thank you to everyone who has provided feedback and/or participated in our measures workgroups. We expect to have an updated measures lists with detailed measure specifications out soon. Stay tuned!
CHNE Midpoint Reports update
CHNE Midpoint Reports will be available to the public beginning Monday, June 10.

As we have stated in previous HTP Newsletters, the review process was to ensure we have the most complete picture of how your CHNE process was progressing before we made reports available to external stakeholders and the public. All Midpoint Reports have been evaluated by an independent reviewer against the requirements found in the Guidebook, Midpoint Report template, and Midpoint Report review criteria. Beginning Monday, June 10, those interested in learning more about reports for particular hospitals can request a copy by contacting the hospital directly (contact information for each hospital can be found in the CHNE Midpoint Report summary memo on the HTP website) or Courtney Ronner, Hospital Relations & Communication Manager, at 303-866-2699 or [email protected].
Prometheus office hours: HTP and HQIP
We are excited about the level of engagement we are getting at our Prometheus office hours from providers. As a reminder, office hours address both Hospital Quality Incentive Payment (HQIP) and HTP questions. The next Prometheus office hours for hospitals will take place on Friday, June 14 from 10:30-11:30 a.m. MT. An invite with the call-in number and time will be sent to everyone who received a dashboard.

Our last session covered reviewing Measure 6 for HQIP with the scavenger hunt. Prior to our next session, we'd like providers to email us their questions to [email protected] in an effort to hit the ground running at the beginning of meeting. As mentioned earlier, feel free to ask not only HTP, but HQIP-related questions.

We are specifically looking for questions regarding pulling out information using the tool or approaches to drilling down to specific types of information. Having these questions up front will help us prepare ahead of time and provide more detailed explanations during the call.
