In-Person Worship Resumes June 6

As community COVID-19 conditions continue to improve, so, too, have our guidelines for re-opening Covenant’s campus evolved. Beginning June 6, we will host two live Sunday morning worship services in the Sanctuary. There will be no pre-registration or limitation on the number of attendees.

Weekly One Takes: Katherine Kerr

In today’s Weekly One Takes, Katherine Kerr chats with Serenitye Taylor, Pastoral Resident for Congregational Care, and Laura Capranica, our new Faith Community Nurse, both of whom joined the Covenant staff this week. Serenitye and Laura share a little bit about themselves and what they bring to their new roles.

“I believe we are creating a team that is going to do extraordinary things here in bringing this community together as we come back from the pandemic,” says Katherine, “providing the best kind of care as we navigate the challenges as well as the joys in a community of faith together.”

Place Flowers in the Sanctuary

As we anticipate the return to in-person worship, members of the congregation are invited to place flowers in the Sanctuary as part of our worship setting on Sundays. These can be in honor or dedication of a person or event or to simply add goodness and beauty to our worship space.
