A MESSAGE FROM MRS. TRUDELL
St. Serra Parish Weekend
Please join us at Mass this weekend as we show our support for our parishes! St. Serra will be at Santiago de Compostela this Saturday and Sunday, June 8 & 9. Parent ambassadors will be speaking at the Masses and showing a video highlighting St. Serra. Parents and/or St. Serra staff will be greeting and answering questions at our table after Mass.

We hope to see our St. Serra community at Santiago de Compostela this weekend and why not bring a friend! If your child would like to show their St. Serra pride, we would love to see them in uniform. We look forward to seeing you!.
Congratulations and Siempre Adelante! Graduation Cap

It is hard to believe another year has gone by and we are saying farewell to our 8th grade students, who will be graduating next week! We are so proud of their many accomplishments and know they will be great representatives of St. Junipero Serra Catholic School. May God continue to bless and watch over them as their spiritual and educational journey continues with the many new and exciting opportunities that await them. Please join me in congratulating and wishing our graduating class the very best as they move on to high school...Siempre Adelante!

We also congratulate our Kindergarten students who will celebrate their graduation ceremony next week as well. We know they will be back to join us for many happy and faith-filled years at St. Serra.

Your prayers for both our 8th Grade and Kindergarten students are most sincerely appreciated.

CONGRATULATIONS SJSC CATHOLIC MATH LEAGUE WINNERS!

Catholic Math League is a national Catholic School math competition that was started in 1997 and currently serves hundreds of schools across the country.  Math competitions are offered for each grade from third through Advanced High School Math. Many of our advanced math students at St. Junipero Serra Catholic School completed the series of tests required for this contest which were administered from November to March.  These tests were graded to determine the highest individual scores. The top three student scores for each school receive a certificate. In addition, students can receive awards for having top scores in the division or in the country. These students competed with other students from our Division in Alaska, Arizona, California, New Mexico, Oregon, South Dakota, Washington and Guam.

We wish to congratulate Miss Rivera, Mrs. Evans, Mrs. Crowe, and Miss Becerra, our advanced plus math teachers for encouraging and making it possible for their students to compete in this contest.
