The ICAA has been selected as the cultural partner of Sotheby's for their exhibition
Treasures from Chatsworth
, which will be free and open to the public at their New York galleries from June 28-September 18.
To accompany this exhibition of art and design objects from the Devonshire Collection, the ICAA will offer educational programming including speakers such as
architectural historian, writer, and former editor of
Country Life
Clive Aslet, biographer and historian Dr. Amanda Foreman,
architect and designer Ben Pentreath, and landscape architect and preservationist John Phibbs.

On Monday, May 6th, 2019, over 400 supporters of the ICAA gathered at a private club in New York City to celebrate the winners of the 38th Annual Arthur Ross Awards.
G. P. Schafer (Architecture), Julian Fellowes (Fine Arts), Urban Design Associates (Community Design & City Planning), W.P. Sullivan (Artisanship & Craftsmanship), Professor James Stevens Curl (History & Writing), and Anthony Baus (Fine Arts - Painting) were all honored, along with
Jaquelin T. Robinson, who was given the Board of Directors Honor.

On Sunday, May 5th, 2019, the ICAA was privileged to host the winners of the 38th Annual Arthur Ross Awards for a series of lectures about their respective careers, accompanied by stunning pictures of their work, followed by a panel discussion hosted by ICAA Board Member Barbara Eberlein.
The event also recognized the winners of the 2019 Award for Emerging Excellence in the Classical Tradition, Spanish architects Imanol Iparraguirre and Aritz Díez Oronoz, awarded in collaboration
with The Prince's Foundation (PF), and the International Network for Traditional Building, Architecture and Urbanism (INTBAU).

(December 11-15). This special journey will grant access to incredible private homes that have been preserved since the Colonial and Classical Revival periods, as well as offer visits to historic plantations, shotgun houses, and the lovely Garden District.
