Grand opening of new library satellite location bringing wifi, computers, library services to rural Spotsylvania community
Grand Opening is Tuesday, June 18
Fredericksburg, Virginia, June 7, 2019 -

The Grand Opening of the Partlow Satellite Location of Central Rappahannock Regional Library at Partlow Ruritan Club, 3229 Partlow Rd, 22534 will be held on Tuesday, June 18, 4-7 p.m.

The Partlow Satellite Location is a partnership with the Partlow Ruritan Club. Every Tuesday, free wifi, computers, printing, and other library services are available from 4-7 p.m. A library card is not required to take advantage of these services, but those interested can apply for one on-site. Customers can use library computers or take advantage of free wifi on their own devices.

Each Tuesday, from 4-7 p.m., the following services will be available:
  • Computers, printing, and internet access
  • Holds pickup
  • Books, movies, and audiobooks for all ages
  • Homework help and reading recommendations

The library also offers a satellite location at the Belmont Community Center, 7124 Belmont Road, Mineral, VA 23117. The Belmont satellite location is open Mondays, 4-7 p.m.

The library brings services to the community, including satellite locations, through CRRL's Library on the Go initiative.

A May 22 press release incorrectly reported the date of the Grand Opening as June 4.
