Meet the Tutors
Chris Gregg
Main Campus: Wheeling
Currently earning an AAS degree at Northern.

What is the best thing about being a tutor?
I enjoy working with students and then watching them improve throughout our sessions.
What advice do you have for students thinking about getting a tutor?
Do not hesitate to see a tutor. We are incredibly eager to help you and if you put forth the effort, you will improve.

If you could change anything about being a tutor, to help your students more, what would it be and why?
I would like to see a safe return to in-person instruction and tutoring for those who thrive in that forum, although online tutoring is a great alternative for those who are comfortable with it.

What are your hobbies, interests, or life goals?
I love to learn, and my ultimate goal is to attend law school and then practice in the public sector.
WVNCC wants to honor all of our graduates who have served or are serving in the armed forces. If you are a graduating service member, please contact Jenna Derrico at veterans@wvncc.edu so that we can recognize you in our commencement program.

Graduates joining us for the commencement ceremony also receive special red, white, and blue honor cords.
