Fresenius Medical Care North America Moves Business Center to Chandler, Ariz. 


Fresenius Medical Care North America, a leading provider of kidney care products and services, announced its plan to relocate a business support center to Park Place in Chandler by this fall. The opening of the new 40,000-square-foot office currently under construction at 1650 S. Price Road will host approximately 200 positions and allow for future expansion and the creation of new jobs.

"We have made a strong commitment to Arizona to support individuals living with kidney failure with the highest quality care. Offerpad's Welcome Home Party Marks Grand Opening of New Headquarters 


Real estate tech leader Offerpad threw a welcome home party on May 9th in honor of the company's move into its new headquarters in Chandler.  Located in the Airpark Area, the new office was designed with custom features that match Offerpad's brand identity and aim to provide an engaging, collaborative work environment. The layout is nearly 40,000 square feet - more than tripling the size of the company's previous space.

Chandler Mayor Kevin Hartke said, "I am delighted that Offerpad has chosen to keep their East Valley roots by expanding in Chandler. Chandler is known as the Innovation and Technology Hub of the Southwest because of the many innovative companies who have chosen to plant roots in our city, and I look forward to working with Offerpad as they continue to revolutionize the real estate industry."

"This is a milestone that marks the tremendous growth Offerpad has experienced since we got started less than four years ago. Over the past two years, employee growth has increased almost 400 percent. Our new headquarters is great for us internally and it will help us continue to innovate real estate solutions for consumers around the country," said Offerpad founder and CEO, Brian Bair.

Crayola Experience Opens to Fanfare, Crowds


Arizona's newest and most colorful family destination, Crayola Experience Chandler, celebrated its grand opening on May 23rd at The Chandler Fashion Center. The Crayola brand is expected to be a dynamic and colorful draw, making Chandler and the mall an even more attractive destination for both Arizonans and visiting families.

T he roughly 20,000-square-foot family attraction features 19 hands-on creative activities.  Adjacent is The Crayola Store, a 4,000-square-foot retail space featuring the world's largest selection of Crayola products and souvenirs. The exterior wall features a football-field sized bright yellow mural adorned with Crayola characters in various states of mischief.

"Crayola Experience is an immersive, larger-than-life, creative adventure that we can't wait to share with both locals and tourists," Crayola CEO Smith Holland said. "We hope to inspire countless kids and help create colorful family memories that will last a lifetime."
