WHAT A YEAR!
What a great year 2015 has been for Lifetime Arts and for the field of Creative Aging. With new research, new invested funders, more programs and more trained teaching artists all across the country - Creative Aging is becoming a movement!

1200 Older Adults Participated in 52 Library Programs 
Across 12 States

This year,  folks explored painting, drawing, jewelry making, choral, folk art: Scherenschnitte, Temari Balls, Native American jewelry making, digital photography, mask making, memoir, quilting, theater, book arts and  Tango!
Winter 2015 Training Institute Set a New Standard for Creative Aging Professional Development!

Hosted by Lincoln Center Education, supported by NYSCA and Aroha Philanthropies,  this multi-day training was a great success.  40 arts professionals from the NY metro area signed up to work with national cross-sector experts in intergenerational programming, ageism,  curriculum and partnership development. #AgingArtfully15

We Took a Few Road Trips Too!

Frequently invited to speak about the importance of arts education for older adults and the work of Creative Aging, Lifetime Arts staff present at major national conferences and symposia around the country.
