Great Place to Work Institute has honored Jewish Senior Services with certification as a Great Place to Work. The certification process considered more than 600 employee surveys from all disciplines. Great Place to Work, an independent research and consulting firm, evaluated more than 60 elements of employee experience at work. These included employee pride in the organization's community impact, belief that their work makes a difference and feeling their work has special meaning. Rankings are based on employees' experiences, no matter who they are or what they do.

"Jewish Senior Services is unique in culture and I am so proud of all the employees whose contributions made this recognition of being a Great Place to Work possible", commented Andrew H. Banoff, President & CEO of Jewish Senior Services. "Their commitment to providing high quality care balanced with high quality of life has given us a reputation of excellence."
