COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES NEWSLETTER
City Community Services Director, Andy Clark, to Retire
Longtime Community Services Director Andy Clark is retiring on June 13 after 21 years of service with the City of Rolling Hills Estates.

If you have attended any of the City’s many special events throughout the year or participated in any of our recreation programs, then you have been the beneficiary of Andy’s commitment to the community. As Community Service Director, Andy has worked tirelessly to ensure City events are well-organized and operate smoothly, from the Mayor’s Breakfast Ride, Tracy Austin Tennis Tournament, Hills are Alive Race and, a community favorite, Holiday Parade of Lights.

In addition to our recreation programs, he has overseen the maintenance of City trees, parks, sports fields, horse trails and arenas.

Andy serves as the staff lead to the Park & Activities Commission and Equestrian Committee, where he regularly works with community members on many projects and activities that enhance the quality of life for residents of Rolling Hills Estates. He is also a familiar face to our youth volunteers, having worked with over 100 scouts achieving either the rank of Eagle Scout or the Girl Scout’s Gold or Silver Awards.

While his City family will miss his enthusiasm and dedication, we also wish him the best in this new adventure. We hope the community can join us in wishing Andy farewell at a reception on Tuesday, June 11, 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm at Rolling Hills Estates City Hall.
