It was an honor to have Kathy Blumenfeld, Cabinet Secretary for the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions, join some of our Money Coach students for a virtual conversation. Constance, Lee, Panda, Alayah, and Catrell shared how financial education through Money Coach has impacted their lives, and Secretary Blumenfeld shared her own financial journey, from studying accounting in college to her current role in state government. The teens also each had an opportunity to give Secretary Blumenfeld a message for Governor Tony Evers about how they'd like to see Wisconsin move forward as a place where all can succeed and thrive. Secretary Blumenfeld, thank you so much for sharing your time with us, and for your commitment to financial capability for young people!

As we continue to expand Money Path statewide, the app has reached a total of 4,389 teens in 2020-2021 so far! Take a look at our new map tracker showing where Money Path is being used throughout Wisconsin.
