In an effort to stem the Corona virus, our governor commanded all non-essential businesses to shut down at 8AM this morning until April 24, 2020, or until a superseding order is issued. Consequently, EHS is complying with his decree. However, our online store is still in operation since it does not need a "person" to take the orders. However, after reading the governor's proclamation I feel I am in compliance as long as I am working in solitary confinement. Therefore, in an effort to stay afloat, I will be answering the phone if I am not working on a project. However, if I am consumed in a project and can't get to the phone, please leave a message and I will return it when I can. I will fulfill orders from our online store as fast as it is practically possible.
As I mentioned in my last message, one of the first clinics we intend to have, when this unexpected quandary is over, will be a "Bring and Brag" session, where you can bring in what you worked on while you were in solitary confinement. If there is a great response to the session, we may offer some prizes to the ones that created something special!
With the influx or online orders this past week it is apparent the instructions I sent you helped clear up how to use our new online store. Once again, they are fairly simple to navigate through:
If you know the part number just type it in the search bar at the top of it. However, if you are "shopping" use the drill down menu on the left side of the page. For example: Click on "Shop" at the top of the home page, then Trains> Locomotives/Traction> Diesel> GP7>. You will be down to a couple of pages to pick from.
As mentioned in our last announcement; to help all parties involved we are offering an additional 5% discount for online orders; just use "MissingYou" as the coupon code. In addition, all sales over $100 have free ground shipping. The coupon is only good through our website, all call in orders, email orders, work orders or preorders/sales orders are not eligible. We will continue this coupon through the duration of this Stay at Home Order. Due to the stay at home declaration, we will not be able to offer you store pickup, it would need to be shipped to you so you stay at home, and I stay in solitary confinement.

to do minimum basic operations for non-essential businesses, and essential travel, all of which is defined in the order;
2. To obtain services at or to work for health care and public health operations, certain human services operations, or essential infrastructure;
3. To perform tasks that are essential to health and safety such as obtaining medical supplies or medication, seeking emergency services, or visiting a health care professional;
4. To obtain necessary services or supplies such as food, gasoline, pet supplies, and other household consumer products;
5. To engage in outdoor activity, as long as they maintain social distancing; and
6. To care for a family members, friend, or pet in another household, and to transport family members, friends, or pets as allowed under the order.
