  Housekeepers Needed

Immediate opening for housekeepers are available for the Magic  Christmas in Lights Season beginning November 23, ending December 31, 2018. 

Duties include but are not limited to keeping the gift shop and admission areas clean.  Must be

Data Entry Specialist
$2,353.00 / Month
 
 
     The purpose of this position will be to enter data into various computer systems for Region 7 student enrollments and On the Job Training contracts.
 
     Work involves data entry, creation of excel spreadsheets, being able to accurately enter participant data and timecard information into the system and perform other duties as required. 
 
     Applicants must have excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office), must be able to type at least 35 wpm with accuracy, ability to coordinate with other service agencies via phone and or email. Ability to read and interpret regulations and guidelines. 
 
    Applicant must have a high school diploma and a minimum of 3 years of demonstrated data entry experience is preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality with regards to financial matters and participant information. Excellent organizational and communication skills.

The purpose of this position is to cover all sales functions for a Workforce Training Agency. Duties will include forecasting, solicitation, and securing contract orders from potential businesses who are interested in hiring on the job trainees to fill vacancies with their businesses.

Administrative Assistant / Case Management
$2,094.00 / Monthly
 
     The purpose of this position will be to greet customers and give general information about the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) program and assist the Case Management staff.
     Work involves ensuring that customers are referred to the appropriate staff for program processing. Heavy filing, contacting potential participants to inform them of test results, copying of enrollment documents, emailing of information internally and externally, and other duties as required.

     Applicants must have excellent customer service skills, the ability to follow oral and written directions, communicate information and ideas clearly both verbally and in writing. Excellent computer and typing skills, knowledge of Microsoft office and modern office equipment such as (10-key calculator, copy machine, fax machine, postage machine, etc.).

Administrative Assistant for Pastoral Ministries

Job Description:
It is the purpose of the Administrative Assistant to support the work of the church pastoral ministries that include administration, education, music, children, and student ministries. The assistant assists the Vietnamese pastor, church administrator, minister of education, minister of music, minister to children, minister of youth, and camp director as may be needed. Specific duties are assigned but the assistant must be flexible to assist other administrative assistants. The assistant is answerable to the church administrator for their overall job performance.

P ay Rate: $22,000.00 to $25,000.00 per year.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM. to 4:30 PM.

ob Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Adhere to the general personnel policies as found in the Church Personnel manual.
2. Keep regular office hours with flexibility in mind. 
3. Answer and forward phone calls as needed.
4. Assist all ministers with appointments and phone calls as necessary.
5. Assist other assistants as needed.
6. Have a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of modules that included Word, Excel, and Publisher.
7. Access and use internet resources to support church ministries.
8. Learn to use the church's ACS membership database for maintaining and publishing visitation/outreach information.
9. Create publications of various types such as newsletters, general correspondence, booklets, bulletins, and handouts.
10. Receive and distribute mail.
11. Order office supplies as needed by the church, school, and CDC offices.
12. Assist ministers with the ordering and distribution of ministries materials.
13. Be responsible to maintain office equipment of various types.
14. Receive other office assignments as needed.
Job Requirements:  
Requires a High School Diploma or GED. Requires a current, valid Driver's License. 
Must adhere to the policies contained in the personnel manual.
