Leadership Lab is designed to create individual development and relationship building for emerging leaders who are interested in increasing their capacity to influence and lead within their organizations.

 

Building on emotional intelligence developed through workshops and group executive coaching, the program will equip emerging leaders with the self-confidence and tools needed to effectively develop personally and professionally.

 

Class IX of RVA Leadership Lab launches in January 2019. This four-month program features four full-day workshops and four half-day coaching sessions.
