NOT YOUR NORMAL SPRING
With the continued rains, it is best to wait to plant until the ground dries out so you do not compromise the soils drainage properties. If the soil sticks to the shovel or trowel, it is still too wet to plant.

The combination of record breaking moisture this May and cool temperatures have created the perfect environment for fungal spores to grow. Be Proactive!  Treat your peonies, lilacs, rose bushes, bee balm, flowering vinca, and zinnias with Infuseā„¢, systemic fungicide, to prevent powdery mildew and other foliar diseases.
Tomato plants, especially those planted earlier in the season, will be susceptible to early blight, brown spotting and yellowing of leaves. Start spraying now with weekly treatments of organic  Copper Fungicide to prevent or reduce the spread.
