Dear Mills Athletic Supporters
I need to update you on the location for this weeks school board meeting. It will be held in the
Mustang Room at the district office at 650 North Delaware Street beginning at 7 pm on Thursday June 6th.
As mentioned in a previous email the board will be voting on whether to approve $900,000 to be spent on landscape architecture drawings for possible improvements to the Mills fields and tennis courts. These are only plans and any actual physical work would require the passage of a bond measure. If a bond measure doesn't pass it is unclear if any significant improvements will be made to the school athletic facilities. I strongly encourage attendance and participation at the board meeting to let the board know what is important to the Mills community.
