host or
sponsor
committee meetings or a board meeting in 2019.

Hosts
If your company can accommodate between 20 and 40 people comfortably, we may have a committee for you.
As a host you will have an opportunity to say a few words of welcome and give members the chance to visit your site.
You will also be listed on each agenda as the host and table cards will be provided at the meeting.

Sponsors
If you have the financial wherewithal, but not a site, consider sponsoring the meeting at VICA. Please see the costs of sponsorships below.
Your company would still get to welcome everyone at the meeting and would have their logo on the agendas.

This committee meets every other month and is scheduled to meet at the VICA office at 8:30 a.m. This committee should have between 10 - 20 people. If you would like to host it at your location, you would need space for around 30 people and you would need to provide breakfast. If you are unable to host it, but would like to be the sponsor of the committee, we can hold the meeting at VICA and the cost for the sponsorship would be $900. If you would like to host the meeting or sponsor the meeting for lunch instead of breakfast, we would consider that. The cost for a lunch sponsorship would be $1800.

If you would like to host the meeting or sponsor the meeting for lunch instead of breakfast, we would consider that. The cost for a lunch sponsorship would be $1050.

If you are unable to host it, but would like to be the sponsor of the committee, we can hold the meeting at VICA and the cost for the sponsorship would be $4000. If you would like to host the meeting or sponsor the meeting for lunch instead of breakfast, we would consider that. The cost for a lunch sponsorship would be $6450.

We are looking for members to host and/or help underwrite a board meeting for the upcoming year.
If your company can accommodate a meeting for 40-60 people, comfortably, and you will provide the lunch, we would be happy to schedule one meeting at your facility. As a host you will have an opportunity to say a few words of welcome and give board members the chance to visit your site. All board meetings will be from noon-2 p.m. Set up generally begins an hour prior to the meeting. If you are unable to host it, but would like to be the sponsor of the committee, we can hold the meeting at VICA and the cost for the sponsorship would be $1350 per meeting. We have four meeting dates still available to host.
