Make a pair of warm fleece lined mittens by recycling and felting an old wool sweater and polar fleece.

Chair Yoga is one of the gentlest forms of yoga available. It is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing, using a chair for support, to deepen flexibility and strengthen personal body awareness. It is taught at a way to achieve physical and mental balance and fitness.

volunteers work with people ages 55 & over, in various ways: rides to medical appointments, help with household tasks, repairs, technology assistance, friendly visits, and much more. You select the ways in which you want to help and decide when, where, and how often you volunteer.
