St. Louis Preschool December Lunch Bunch

Please sign up your child for December Lunch Bunch. If you have more than 1 child enrolled in the preschool, you will need to complete this form for each child. The Lunch Bunch sign-up will close on Nov. 27, 2018. Lunch Bunch is held 11:15am-12:15pm. NOTE: Families signed up for Oct. 17 will be given a promo code to apply to their December order.
