On Wednesday, February 12th
the City of Sunnyvale held its initial stakeholder outreach workshop as it begins to draft its update to the Moffett Park Specific Plan. The Moffett Park Specific Plan was first adopted in 2004 and amended in 2013. At the time the city focused on incentivizing office development and diversifying its industrial base. Full Story

The Sales & Marketing Council continues to collect donations to help cover the costs of furnishing the six tiny homes for the working homeless in our community.
Donations can be brought to the next BIA event, donate directly through the BIA's website

Over 100 people celebrated the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting of the HomeAid Hayward Tiny Homes. Everyone was moved by the speeches of the women and little girl moving into 2 of the Tiny Homes and how living in their cars over the past 2 years has been so tough for them, especially in the severe cold.
