Members! Nonprofits! Donors & Sponsors! Volunteers!
We thank our members, over 470 women, who live out their commitment to transforming our tri-state community as demonstrated by their generous financial donation. Many of our members also contribute their time and talents serving on committees
, but we have always stood firm that you can choose YOUR involvement
.
To those volunteers who keep this grant-making network well-oiled operationally, thank you for making Impact 100 an amazing organization of passionate, hard-working, FUN women!!
We also thank the many nonprofit agencies
who
work every day to provide services and hope to our neighbors. Our region is fortunate to have these agencies as our Impact 100 partners - bringing community initiatives to our members that inspire us and are strong candidates for funding.

Annual Awards Celebration: Third-Party Voting Error Review Near Finished
|
|
In our October Newsletter, we outlined a few FAQ's regarding this year's Annual Awards Celebration, the voting error, and next steps.
The most important task in tabulating the membership vote is done with great care. The Board of Directors has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with a third-party reviewer in assessing the intersection of process, people, systems, and technology involved in this year's voting error. The review will result in proposed
corrective actions and will be presented
before Thanksgiving. We look forward to sharing that report with our valued members and the greater community upon completion.

Activities Beyond the Classroom
2015 Grant
Recipient
Note from a member who attended:
"On October 24, [we] had the opportunity to visit The Mack at Hughes High School and witness firsthand what a difference our membership dollars can make in our community through a grant to Activities Beyond the Classroom. Over 240 kids use this space on a given day. seven teams and multiple school clubs such as the engineering and robotics team, for off-season weight training, testing robotic cars, basketball, baseball, football and many other sports. The Mack is also used by students with disabilities and allows them to participate in gym class with other students. This is a special place and the students, coaches, and teachers expressed their sincere appreciation for Impact 100's support of their vision. This facility has made such a difference in so many unexpected ways for these young people and the Hughes community. Well done."
