Let's Redeem Halloween!

In lieu of Midweek tomorrow evening, Carmel will scatter all over the Charlotte area!  Why? So you can be present with your neighbors - and "redeem Halloween." It is a great opportunity to strengthen or start to build relationships with your neighbors.

Celebrating 10 Years
This week Tim Wishon celebrates 10 years of service as Carmel's Church Administrator. Tim is married to Gayle and dad to Caleb and Elizabeth.

Tim felt called by God to retire from Bank of America at age 50.  His heart was called to minister to the people of Murmansk, Russia. However, given the limited opportunities to do full-time ministry there, and seeing the opportunity to serve his church (using his gifts and talents), he applied for the Church Administrator position in 2008.

Although he serves Carmel full-time, Tim still manages to go to Murmansk as often as he is able and stays in touch with his ministry partners, friends and new believers while he's here in the States. Click here to drop Tim a note of thanks or encouragement.
