Multi-Factor Authentication
|
|
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is an advanced security layer included on Microsoft Outlook accounts to make it more difficult for hackers to gain access to and control of your e-mail account. MFA will be enforced for all adults in HSD on Thursday, Nov. 15. We are only focusing on our Office 365 e-mail platform (Outlook) at this time. We are encouraging staff to enroll in MFA and start using this prior to the Nov. 15 deadline. Instructions on how to configure MFA is available here. (Please note that this is much easier to do on a computer than a mobile device!). And a list of FAQs is available here. Both documents are housed in JITTER.
