SIED'S 18th Annual Summit

Site Selector Guild and SelectUSA conferences, digitally targeting dairy processing companies, hosting a Dairy FAM Tour, creating Site Selector Newsletters and mailers, and creating drone property videos. Talent Recruitment campaigns include "Don't Come Here" Videos, social media targeting, veteran recruitment and employer training, and creating talent recruitment newsletters. Rural Economic Development Services (REDS) conducted 56 business visits, launched the "Spend a Day" Campaign, helped with asset mapping, project facilitations, community capacity projects that include Urban Renewal and grants.

A Word from Jim Capps, Business Plus Executive Committee Member
"
Business leaders want to see the economy grow; however, they may be reluctant to contribute funding.
Is this because of lack of confidence that the funds will be used effectively? With the Magic Valley growing at a high rate, there are many opportunities for business growth. Through the efforts of Business Plus and SIED, we have an attractive and vibrant community. Being involved and investing in Business Plus is a fantastic way to ensure that we continue to have a strong local economy.
