MMS Journalism Club
The MMS Journalism Club begins this Tuesday, September 4! Journalism Club is open to 4th - 8th grade students. We meet Tuesday afternoons from 3:45 - 5:00 p.m. (except teacher work afternoons). There is no cost other than for the after school program, but space is limited!
Through writing school news stories, working on the yearbook, and assisting with assembly of the school literary magazine, students will get hands-on experience with
The Duke TIP 7th Grade Talent Search is a national non-profit program that recognizes students for their academic achievement based on standardized test scores (ITBS at our school). The program offers above -grade-level-testing, academic enrichment benefits, and accelerated learning programs that supplement our students education at MMS. For more information go to
