Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
It is no mystery that the prolonged backdrop of the global pandemic has undoubtedly impacted our diocese and Foundation in ways we could have never anticipated. Accordingly, Doug Walker has taken the opportunity to move on and has tendered his resignation. Doug will be ending his time as Executive Director of the Foundation and as my Deputy for Stewardship, along with his assistant, Sarah Singer. Both Doug and Sarah will have their last day with the Foundation on August 7th.
In his nearly nine years with the Foundation, Doug has led the most successful capital campaign in our diocesan history, working to raise more than $15 million. I am grateful to Doug and Sarah for all of their hard work and impact throughout the years. Please join me in thanking Doug and Sarah for their many contributions and wish them all the best.
