Since women typically have less muscle, more body fat and are smaller than men, they need fewer calories to maintain a healthy body weight and activity level.
Physical activity is an important part of a woman's health. Regular physical activity helps with muscle strength, balance, flexibility and stress management.
Women who are more physically active may require more calories.
Endometriosis is a clinical condition in which the inner lining cells of the uterus are implanted elsewhere, mostly in the pelvic cavity, causing problems ranging from constipation, pelvic pain to infertility.
International Women’s Day is celebrated in many countries around the world. It is a day when women are recognized for their achievements without regard to divisions, whether national, ethnic, linguistic, cultural, economic or political.
