Hall of Famer Smith  will be signing limited-edition 18 X 24-inch Coady Photography prints of Justify's Kentucky Derby victory for a suggested $10 donation from  1-3 pm (Central Time)  with the proceeds split among the three charities: Old Friends, which has a satellite operation at Kentucky Downs; the Permanently Disabled Jockeys Fund, and The Giving Circle, an all-volunteer non-profit organization founded in response to Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. 

The autograph session will be in the area near the Finish Line Pavilion from 1-3 pm (CT).

The day will also feature the $250,000 "Old Friends Stakes" Sponsored by RedBrand. The stakes is for three-year-olds and up, and is contested over one mile and 70 yards on the turf. The race is an "Old Friend for Life"opportunity, with the winner earning a place at Old Friends upon his retirement. 

Kentucky Downs is located at 5565 Nashville Rd in Franklin, KY, First race post time is 1:25 pm (CT) and general admission and parking are free, though premium seating options are available:

• Top of the Stretch Chalet ($25) A casual, open-air tent, the Chalet offers an "All American" buffet, private cash bar, private tellers, and our huge GoVision TV to view all the action. Shuttles to and from the paddock available all day;
• The Finish Line Pavilion ($35), open air tent, barbeque buffet, private cash bar, private tellers, and HD-TVs;
• Turf Club Tent ($50), gourmet buffet lunch, private tellers, private cash bar, and HD-TVs
• The Director's Room($50), located upstairs inside the main building. Air-conditioned seating and a superb window view of the track. The Director's Room also offers private tellers, a private cash bar, and an upscale all-you-can-eat buffet.

In addition to the $250,000 Old Friends Stakes, several races on the card will be dedicated to horses pensioned at the non-profit organization, including The Silver Charm, sponsored by AmWager, the online wagering platform, which pays tribute to the 1997 Kentucky Derby and Preakness Champion.  

Proceeds from all race sponsorships will benefit Old Friends.
