Growth, Performance and Training
Set LIFT Goals by Sept. 30 and Attend a Goal-Setting Workshop
LIFT-eligible employees should have three to five  SMART goals set and approved in Infor HR by Sept. 30 . Setting and achieving goals is important because at year-end, overall ratings are based on achievement of goals (50%) and LIFT performance indicators (50%). Leaders can set earlier deadlines, so please check to confirm when your goals are due.

If you and your teams need help with setting goals, attend an interactive goal-setting workshop to practice crafting and revising SMART goals to make them meaningful and relevant. Also check out these additional resources to assist you with goal setting:

Recommend Team Members for the Fall DPS Management Program
Applications are now being accepted for the fall DPS Management (DPSM) program. DPSM supports supervisors, managers, directors, deans and assistant principals looking to hone their leadership skills, engage those they lead, facilitate change and develop a performance-based team culture. Participants in DPSM engage in weekly courses that support professional development and align to our Denver Plan strategies of leadership and culture. Please recommend this opportunity to a team member who would benefit from DPSM. Application information can be found here. Applications are due Sept. 21. Contact [email protected] if you have questions.
Nominate an Employee Wellness Champion for Your Department
